About MCFAs 
Most of the fats that we consume take longer to digest, but MCFAs found in coconut oil provide the perfect source of energy because they only have to go through a 3 step process to be turned into fuel vs. other fats go through a 26 step process!
Due to the covid19 pandemic, our usual bottle supplier is unable to supply us and hence we had no choice but to swiftly switch supplier to ensure continuity of supply and the only readily available option was this 2.5L bottle. 
Hence the bottle looks only 3/4 filled but we assure you that the volume is still the same 1.9 litres. To be 100% sure you can pour out and measure with a measuring cup.We appreciate your very kind understanding that during these difficult times which has disrupted most regular / normal operations for not only us but our suppliers, partners and associates.
